Delivery

Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issues a refund right away. We endeavour to deliver in timeframes outlined in the Delivery section, however are reliant upon third party carriers such as Royal Mail and APC and so cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging. The item including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our store by contacting us on contact. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.

Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the return form.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase as it is unsuitable please complete the returns form which has been provided to you within the parcel or please contact us through phone or email.

Faulty Products

You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
